Club
100 Charities shall be an organization made
up of approximately 100 “faith based”
individuals. We target “faith based”
because helping others is second nature to
those of faith. We target 100 so the
workload and success stories can be spread
across a broad base.
Regular
Members:
Regular
members will have full voting rights and pay
the initiation fees plus yearly dues. They
will be encouraged to attend and participate
in the bi-monthly meetings. These members
will also help establish the direction of
the club by notifying the Board of Directors
of community or individual needs and acts of
outstanding service from others. Regular
members are eligible to be elected to the
Board of Directors.
Traveling
Members:
Traveling
members are those that want to participate
in club meeting, luncheons, and activities,
but due to either business or seasonal
obligations will be available only
sporadically. These members will pay the
initiation fees and monthly dues when
present. These members will have full
voting rights when present, but will not be
eligible to be considered for the Board of
Directors. |

Associate
Members:
Associate
members are those that will help with
various aspects of Club 100 Charities but do
not regularly attend bi-monthly meetings.
The Associate Members will be kept abreast
of club activity. If they want to attend a
particular meeting in order to have input,
or to hear a guest speaker they will be
welcomed and if a luncheon is involved they
will pay their meal expense. Associate
Members are requested to pay a minimal fee
in order to help defray regular club
expenses. Associate Members do not have
voting rights.
Volunteer
Members:
Volunteers
are the lifeblood of Club 100 Charities.
They are a very big part of our tutoring,
mentoring, boxing, and other outreach
activities. If they desire to be kept
abreast of Club 100 Charities activities
every effort will made to insure this
communication takes place. There are no
financial or meeting responsibilities for
our volunteers, but their input is always
welcomed.
