CALL TO ACTION: Operation Refrigeration for the Lake Park Food Pantry

Today CLUB 100 is focusing on the urgent need for two commercial refrigerators for the Lake Park Community Food Pantry in Lake Park, Florida.

The refrigeration units in the food pantry are second hand, several years old and have been working tirelessly to keep the donated perishable items cold. We are at the point of having to turn away donations of perishable items such as meat, dairy and produce. At the Lake Park Community Food Pantry we have 595 families registered that receive supplemental food. Since 2012, we have distributed over 340,000 food items to underserved members of our community. We are blessed to receive donations from the Palm Beach County Food Bank, Costco, Seacoast National Bank and Whole Foods Market. Having new, reliable and more spacious refrigeration units is an integral part of the operation. It will allow us to accept and store more healthy foods to disperse to the families in our community.

CLUB 100 Charities is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to provide a Food Pantry and Youth Centers, providing K-8 educational support, homework assistance and mentoring programs at the Cabana Colony Youth Center and Lake Park Community Outreach Center and Food Pantry. CLUB 100 is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the under-served people in our community.

If you would like to help support the underserved in your community, we are accepting monetary donations towards the purchase of these units.

Our goal is $5,200.00 and 100% of your donation will benefit this project.
